Reception with DA Candidate Pete Hardin coming to Dana Point

Dana Point residents are hosting a reception for Pete Hardin, Candidate for Orange County District Attorney, on April 23rd.

A group of Dana Point residents is hosting a reception for Orange County District Attorney candidate, Pete Hardin on Saturday, April 23rd from 5 to 7 PM at Community House. 24642 San Juan Avenue, Dana Point. According to event organizer Steve Stewart, he is "thrilled to be introducing Pete to South County citizens. Pete Hardin is an excellent candidate with decades of experience as a former Marine Corps Judge Advocate, Deputy District Attorney and Special Assistant U. S. Attorney."

According to Hardin's website, he is running to "enhance safety, heal victims and restore integrity and professionalism to the Orange County District Attorney's Office." All Orange County residents are welcome and are asked to register in advance here.

The event will feature special guests, 49th District U. S. Congressman Mike Levin, Sherine Smith, Candidate for the OC Board of Education, and Chris Duncan, Candidate for CA Assembly District 74.

Fellow organizer, Kim Tarantino, added, "How often do constituents get to talk to elected officials and candidates face to face? This is a great opportunity for voters to get to know not only Pete Hardin, but also hear from three of his key supporters, 2022 candidates themselves."

Event sponsors also include South County residents Amy Hanacek, Alan and Lisa Fenning and Terry Van Horne. According to the event flyer, "contributions are greatly appreciated but not required. Please RSVP at bit.ly/phda42322."
