This Saturday, May 30th - Dinghy Poker Run & Casino Night

This year's theme ... the future is NOW! also brings some new events and a little twist to the Richard Henry Dana Charity Regatta®.  Instead of all events taking place over a 4-day period in September, we will have a series of focused events that will take place over a 5 month period culminating in the regatta on September 12 & 13.  We hope these events include something for everyone!  See the complete event schedule.

Dana Point Yacht Club is pleased to announce that the Dana Point Harbor Youth Foundation (DPHYF) is the beneficiary for the 2015 Richard Henry Dana Charity Regatta®. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission of supporting the next generation of sailors by providing the opportunity for all youth to pursue the sport, regardless of financial circumstances. DPHYF serves as a unifying force, bringing together harbor organizations, including yacht clubs, the Ocean Institute, Mariners Sea Scouts and others, towards the common goal of supporting youth sailing.

Our first event in this series is the Dinghy Poker Run & Casino Night on Saturday, May 30th.   Join us for the afternoon Dinghy Poker Run or for the evening's Casino Night with a Texas Hold'em Tournament .... or both!   Never played in a dinghy poker run before .... no problem!  It's simple and we'll explain it all to you.  Poker hands are $25 each ... buy 4 hands or more and get a FREE admission to the Casino Night with $250 in chips.

The Casino Night doors open at 5PM with casino games & the Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament beginning at 6PM. Raffle Prizes, Food & Drinks, Music & Dancing ... Lots of Fun! $25 admission with $250 in gaming chips.  Texas Hold'em Tournament is $75.
