SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A man was injured after the van he was in was hit by an oncoming train in South Orange County, the Orange County Fire Authority reported. Firefighters were dispatched to the 33700 block of Camino Capistrano shortly before noon Thursday in regard to a train crash. Upon arriving, crews found the injured driver of the van and treated him before moving him to a local hospital in stable condition. The incident is currently under investigation, authorities said. No further information was immediately available.
