Where Is The Real Santa Claus? Orange County, Of Course

The best Santa Claus with no lines? At the Laguna Hills Mall, according to these moms.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA — You better watch out, you better not cry! Because if you do, these Orange County moms will surely share the picture for years to come.

Orange County mother Brandi Lomeli shared the picture of her son's latest meeting with the jolly old elf, this time at the Laguna Hills Mall, where she considers the best Santa to pose with your little one. Even if the child is apprehensive about meeting the larger than life Santa Claus.

Other moms agreed, that the Laguna Hills Mall Santa is special.

"There was barely anyone in line, and Santa spent so much time with my boys," Lomeli said. "He was excellent with my baby. Santa knew when to hold down his hands, how to position him for pictures."

Lomeli loved that Santa spread the magic of Christmas to her children. Even a little boy who was terrified at the thought of meeting Santa Claus, face-to-face.

The family tradition of dragging children to see Santa is as old as Christmas Story, and Santa Claus is Coming to Town. When seeing is believing, often even the littlest doubter can end up learning a thing or two about the Christmas spirit.

"The best part was that Santa even had fun playing along with my terrified child," Lomeli said. "At the end of it all, my son was giving Santa high fives!"

The Laguna Hills Mall offers a Santa Cares event for special needs children on Sunday, Dec. 4. For reservations, visit: www.SantaCares.com
