Woman Who Died In Dana Point Motorcycle Crash ID'd: OCSD

DANA POINT, CA — A 36-year-old woman died when her motorcycle crashed with a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway and Shoreline Drive in Dana Point, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies and Orange County Fire Authority firefighters responded to the crash at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 21, and found a motorcyclist unconscious at the scene, according to the OCSD.

The motorcycle driver was taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead, authorities said.

She was identified as 36-year-old Oxana Petrakova of Cypress, deputies said.

According to Stu News Dana Point, Petrakova died after her motorcycle rear-ended a car while driving on Pacific Coast Highway.
