
Serving incredibly fresh seafood and spectacular ocean views, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood La Jolla will open for lunch every Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11:00am.
Executive Chef Derek McCarthy will introduce a new lunch menu that features fresh, crisp salads, prime seafood and local ingredients. He says, “We’ve had so many of our
loyal guests ask us about lunch that we decided it was time our restaurant opened earlier on the weekend to meet their needs.” Some highlights of Chef
Derek’s menu include:
gulf shrimp, fresh jonah crab, avocado, tomatoes, organic greens, maytag blue, and candied walnuts
tuna loin, french beans, artichokes, heirloom tomatoes, potatoes and a tarragon-caper vinaigrette
avocado, grilled sweet corn-tomato pico, spicy remoulade and fresh hot tortillas
apple wood smoked bacon and a choice of white cheddar, havarti or maytag blue and crisp french fries
Lunch will be offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Lunch items will be served a la carte with prices ranging from $7.00 to $18.00.
