Protected Roots Integrative (PRI) Treatment Center is an evidence-based mental health facility in San Diego, CA focused on providing care for adolescents and their families. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) uses leading clinical interventions, cultural protective factors, strength-based values, and social connection to provide tailored care and support for patients' mental health needs.

Our experienced team of therapists and psychiatrists offer a range of evidence-based therapies, medication management, and holistic treatments such as art therapy, spiritual support, and mindfulness practices. We provide ongoing educational support and weekly concierge-based services to help facilitate the implementation of our interventions in the home and school setting.
