Experience a deeply relaxing sound healing session designed to calm the mind and restore the body. This session includes body scan meditation, intention setting, and healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, Native American Pueblo drum, Shamanic Amazon flute, and Shiwido.
This immersive experience supports restful sleep, stress relief, and mindfulness awakening in a peaceful environment.
