Eleven marketing groups in San Diego combine for holiday party

The San Diego Advertising Club has brought together 10 other local professional trade groups spanning the advertising, graphics, marketing, communications, broadcast and media industries for the 10th annual, communications industry holiday party called “Mingle Bells,” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 5, at Fluxx, a nightclub located at 500 4th Ave., in Downtown San Diego.

 

The event, which is open to the public, will feature music, hosted appetizers and raffle drawings for raffle prizes. Food providers will include Kasi, Great Maple, Knotty Barrel, The Blind Burro, Southpaw Social Club and The Kebob Shop.

In addition to San Diego Ad Club members, attendees at Mingle Bells will include members of American Institute of Graphic Arts, Ad2 San Diego, American Photographic Artists San Diego, International Association of Business Communicators San Diego, Public Relations Society of America, American Marketing Association, San Diego Direct Marketing Association, Social Media Club of San Diego, San Diego Advertising Fund for Emergencies and San Diego Radio Broadcasters Association.

Sponsors of this year’s 2013 Mingle Bells include U-T San Diego, Incubate, Entravision, Digitaria, KFMB Stations, Centro, Clear Channel Media + Entertainment, Cox Media, The Creative Group, Business Online, Aviatech, Clearstory, Mancuso Media LLC, American Marketing Association, Jacob Tyler Creative Group and NBC 7 San Diego.

 

Cost to attend is $55 per person for members or guests of any participating organization or $65 per person for non-members.
