Feeling Lucky? Lyft Goes Golden for St. Paddy’s Day

To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Lyft is offering San Diego passengers a truly golden opportunity on Friday, March 16 and Saturday, March 17 with “Lucky Mode,” a fully immersive ride experience allowing passengers to experience Lyft’s own take on the spirit of luck this holiday.

Passengers can opt-in to Lucky Mode within the Lyft app to hail a special ride that has been transformed into a sea of gold – including mountains of wearable gold swag and a backseat photobooth to take selfies during the ride, plus a “Key Challenge” game where passengers attempt to open a golden chest with a set of skeleton keys. Passengers who can open the chest before the ride ends win!

Lucky Mode will be available in the city of San Diego, La Jolla and Coronado on Friday, March 16 from 3-10 p.m. and Saturday, March 17 from 12-10 p.m. And, even luckier – all Lucky Mode rides are free!
