Gerson Law Firm announces Theresa Johnson Loftsgard joins firm

GERSON LAW FIRM APC has announced that Theresa Johnson Loftsgard has joined the firm as an associate. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate finance, commercial real estate and business transactions. Gerson Law Firm, based in San Diego, has nine lawyers and represents clients throughout the U.S. in matters relating to commercial real estate, finance, real estate and business transactions and disputes.

Loftsgard has special expertise in hotel acquisitions and financings as well as experience in all matters relating to other character commercial property, including commercial, multifamily, retail and industrial.

Before attending law school, Loftsgard worked as a financial advisor at American Express where she earned Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Loftsgard received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach in 2002.
