Great News (So Far) San Diego Is NOT On The List! But 19 Other CA Counties Forced To Rollback

Effective immediately, certain counties must close all bars, some beach parking, and indoor business operations due to the risk of COVID-19 infection. This applies to counties that have been on the County Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days. These closures will remain in place for at least 3 weeks. So far, San Diego County will not face the same type of mandated closures as neighboring counties.

While San Diego County has mandated all restaurants to close by 10:00 PM this will not really impact La Jolla Village eateries. La Jolla is a seaside village not currently known for its “nightlife.” Rather, restaurants such as George’s at the Cove (pictured above with new adaptations keeping diners safe). The number one reason people visit La Jolla is is coastal beauty and natural beauty. La Jolla Village restaurants wisely cater to these visitors making La Jolla a superb destination for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, and sunset dining.
