Ico-Dance... Move with Intention and Presence

Ico-Dance is a low impact, full-bodied movement discipline for men and women of all ages and abilities. The class contains simple follow-on movements and teacher led sequences, which respect and bring awareness to the body's natural flow and form. We include imagery and guided explorations to inform our movements, align our intention and reignite our creativity.
