John 'Jack' Bell—Former Pro Golfer—Dies at 83
He was also the former general manager of the La Jolla Country Club.
John "Jack" Bell—a former professional golfer and general manager of the La Jolla Country Club—died April 18 in Hanover County, VA., according to Richmond Times-Dispatch.
He was 83.
He played professional for a number of years and won the Illinois Open. He moved to California in 1968 and worked at the Country Club, according to the newspaper.
