La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up: April 28–May 4

Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for May 8, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

After a slow previous week, this week in La Jolla real estate sales was quite a busy one. Sixteen homes were sold altogether, with six of those being detached, and other ten being apartments or condos. The median sale price was $1,042,000. Nine of the homes sold for over $1 million, including this week's featured home, which sold for $1.88 million.

This updated classic La Jolla Heights home has great ocean views, a kitchen island and all sorts of luxury improvements. But the exterior is where it really shines, featuring an entry fountain a solar-heated pool, jet spa tub, fire pit and lush landscaping all throughout the grounds.
