This was an another slow week of sales for La Jolla real estate. Only eight homes were sold altogether, although the ones that did sell sold for much more than usual. Seven out of eight of them sold for over $1 million, including three that sold for over $3 million.
This week's featured sale is a newly remodeled, $3.35 million La Jolla Heights home. Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, this unique contemporary residence is over 4,000 square feet in size. Its highlights include high ceilings, marble and oak materials, Lutron lighting system, powder room, heated pool, and lush canyon views.
The biggest sale of the week was a $16.25 million home, but no pictures are available as it's still under construction. But even that wasn't the priciest sale of the year. What was? Find out next week in the 2013 Year in Review.
