This was another decent week of sales for La Jolla real estate: twelve homes being sold altogether. Five of those were detached, and the other seven were attached (apartments or condos). The median sale price remained near the same level as last week at $1,130,000. Seven of the homes sold for over $1 million, including three for $2 million or .
The featured home of the week was a $4.15 million Country Club home. Plenty of homes on this blog get a mention for their amazing views, but this may take the cake: panoramic views of the nearby golf course, the Village, La Jolla Shores and beyond. This stunning residence is located right next to the idyllic La Jolla Natural Park, a little-known but beautiful slice of greenery at the heart of the community.
