La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up: June 9–15

Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for June 19, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

This was another solid week of sales for La Jolla real estate: like last week, thirteen homes being sold altogether. Six of those were detached, and the other seven were attached (apartments or condos). The median sale price was again high at $1,100,000. Seven of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for more than $3 million.

The featured home of the week was a $4.2 million La Jolla Heights home. With over 5,000 square feet of living space and stunning views of La Jolla Cove, this newly remodeled residence is truly remarkable. Luxury features include high beamed ceilings, a 3-car garage, wine cooler, steam shower, pool with built-in spa, and even a putting green.
