La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up: May 5–11

Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for May 15, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

This was a pretty good week in La Jolla real estate sales. Fourteen homes were sold altogether, with just five of those being detached, and other nine being apartments or condos. The median sale price was accordingly quite low—just $535,000. Four of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $3 million.

The featured home of the week was a $3.7 million Village home. This 3-story Mediterranean-style villa features panoramic ocean views and a backyard terrace with fireplace and barbecue. Other amenities include a dual-level stone patio, an elevator, and beautiful detailing throughout.
