La Jolla Thai Food Restaurant Robbed At Gunpoint, Police Say
The robbery alleged occurred at 9 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego police.

LA JOLLA, CA: San Diego police sought a man who robbed a popular La Jolla restaurant Monday night at gunpoint.
The handgun-wielding robber was seen casing area businesses just before bursting through the back door of the Chedi Thai Bistro on Pearl Street near Eads Avenue around 9 p.m. Monday, San Diego police Sgt. David Jennings said. He fled with an undisclosed amount.
Police described the suspect as black, in his 20s, about 5 feet 8 and 160 pounds. He had shortly curly hair, and was wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt, brown shorts and white shoes.
