Pacific Dental Services LLC doing business as La Jolla Village Smiles Dentistry leased 4,126 square feet of retail space in La Jolla Village Square. Cassidy Turley announced the 10-year-lease for space at 8657 Villa La Jolla Drive on Tuesday. The lease is valued at $1.15 million.
La Jolla Village Smiles led by Minh Pham DDS does dentistry and implants, including bridges, crowns, dental hygiene, fillings, oral surgery, periodontics, root canals, veneers and whitening.
Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley represented the La Jolla Village Smiles Dentistry. Reg Kobzi of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor—8650 Villa La Jolla Inc.
