Mr. Jack O’Lanterns To Open For Halloween 2020 In La Jolla
The pumpkin patch on La Jolla Boulevard opens Oct. 3. Or have the patch come to you with the home delivery & decorating service.

LA JOLLA, CA — Good news, Halloween fans: You still can pick your perfect pumpkin this year!
Mr. Jack O’Lanterns Pumpkin Patch on La Jolla Boulevard will open for the 2020 season — with pandemic precautions in place — offering in-person shopping, decorating kits, contactless, curbside pick-up and, of course, a slew of pumpkins — from $3 minis to an $80, 60-pound-plus "Big Mac."
Or for full-on, fall festers ... have Mr. Jack O' bring the pumpkin patch to you. Crews can be booked to furnish at-home displays with pumpkins, hay bales, corn stalks and gourds.

"Mr. Jack O’ Lanterns will deliver, decorate and will set up everything you need," operators said.
Due to COVID-19, the establishment this year is implementing new safety standards, including required masks and social-distancing for staff and patrons, signed health waivers from visitors, sanitation stations and on-site, daily cleanings, management said.

Available in-person or via online ordering are a wide selection of pumpkins, gourds and Indian-corn bundles, plus $10 decorating kits with a softball-sized pumpkin, paint, a paint brush, glitter, glue, stickers, pom-poms, rhinestones and googly eyes, and $22 carving kits featuring a basketball-sized pumpkin, a tool kit and a flameless or actual tea-light candle.
The La Jolla locale, at 6710 La Jolla Blvd. in San Diego, will be open daily Oct. 3 to Oct. 31. Hours are: Mondays through Thursdays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
