President Obama to Attend Private La Jolla Fundraiser: Report
BREAKING: It could be his last official visit to San Diego as president.

LA JOLLA, CA — President Barack Obama is scheduled to attend a private political fundraiser in La Jolla about 2 1/2 weeks from now.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chairman Ben Ray Lujan are also scheduled to appear at the Oct. 23 event, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported. Obama's visit will be part of a West Coast swing.
With Obama scheduled to leave office in January, it could be his last official visit to the region as president.

The newspaper reported that the fundraiser is limited to 45 attendees, and will cost $10,000 per person to co-host or $33,400 per couple to be co-chairs.
The president's last trip to San Diego County was in October last year, when he spent a little over two days in Rancho Santa Fe and played a couple of rounds of golf.
