Prospect Street Building Sells for $12M
The 29,252-square-foot property is home to Aroma Bakery & Cafe, BarFly, Coldstone Creamery and other businesses.
The retail building at 909 Prospect St. in La Jolla recently sold for $12 million.
The Daily Transcript reported the buyer was Sunset Lending Management LLC and the seller was Prospect Plaza Holdings LLC.
It added the two-story building was constructed in 1989.
