Prospect Bar + Grill Relaunches with Updated Menu

After recent renovations, La Jolla's Prospect Bar + Grill has fully relaunched with a new menu

Established in 2009, Prospect Bar + Grill underwent renovations this summer. The La Jolla restaurant fully relaunched last month with an updated menu and added daily specials.

New dishes include Kobe Style Burger on Sadie Rose focaccia herb cheese bread, Quinoa Tabouli Wrap for non-meat eaters, Wild Boar Sliders with fresh jalapeños and pepper jack cheese and Fried Salmon Taquitos with a tomatillo sauce.

The menu also notes items with VG (vegetarian), DF (dairy-free), GF (gluten-free) or N (nuts included) for those with dietary restrictions.

Daily specials include:

  • Monday Night Football
  • Taco Tuesday
  • Wine Wednesday
  • Craft (beer) & Mac Thursdays
  • Five $ Fridays

Prospect also offers live, local music weekly to entertain guests as they eat and drink.
