UPDATE: Two Possible Suspects in Custody for Pacific Beach Shooting

BREAKING: San Diego Police said gunfire was reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. Monday near Jewel Street and Roosevelt in Pacific Beach.

SAN DIEGO, CA – A man was wounded and two possible suspects were custody following a shooting in the Crown Point neighborhood of San Diego’s Pacific Beach on Monday.

San Diego Police said gunfire was reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. near Jewel Street and Roosevelt.

Officers found a man with a gunshot wound when they arrived on the scene. The victim, whose identity was withheld, was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla for treatment of a gunshot wound to his upper torso.

Sgt. Lisa McKean said the two possible suspects were taken into custody for questioning in the late afternoon.
