Registration for Summer Smarts at The Children’s School in La Jolla is now open! Come join us for our exciting summer classes.
What makes Summer Smarts at The Children’s School so special?
- Classes are taught by our own TCS faculty at our gorgeous campus near La Jolla Shores.
- Middle school programming includes classes such as Dissect & Inspect, The Children’s Cooking School, ISEE Test Preparation, Quiz Bowl Goals, GarageBand Rocks and more.
- Elementary students are welcome to join us for Scientists in Action, The Wondrous World of Harry Potter, Elements of Improvisational Comedy, Bookmaking for Kids, Yoga & Mindfulness, Sculpture & 3D Art, Checkmate Chess classes and more.
- Half-day or full-day options available.
- A progressive, caring atmosphere, aligned with The Children’s School mission, which is a hands-on, integrated approach to learning, with an emphasis on problem solving and critical thinking, a focus on cooperation and collaboration and a commitment to supporting the development of the whole child.
- Extended care available, starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m.
