12 People Arrested In Lake Elsinore, Wildomar: 'Zero Tolerance'

LAKE ELSINORE AND WILDOMAR, CA — Deputies out of the Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station made 12 arrests in a recent "Zero Tolerance" crackdown on criminal activity in the cities of Lake Elsinore and Wildomar, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department reported.

Over a 10-day period running Jan. 14-24, the following people were taken into custody and booked into Cois Bryd Detention Center:

• Jason Anderson, 48, of Murrieta; booked on suspicion of trespassing.
• Cody Carpenter, 26, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
• William Cockayne, 59, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.
• Anthony Covert, 22, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of a felony weapons charge, felony violation of parole, and possession of a controlled substance.
• Tracy Elliott, 55, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of public intoxication.
• Christopher Franklin, 51, of Wildomar; booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Russell Guerrero, 32, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of trespassing.
• Jordan Honore, 28, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
• Steven Martin, 44, of Temecula; booked on suspicion of four misdemeanor arrest warrants.
• Ronald Palmer, 53, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of public intoxication.
• Timothy Sparks, 25, of Wildomar; booked on suspicion of a felony arrest warrant.
• Justin Uri, 24, of Lake Elsinore; booked on suspicion of a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
