15 People Arrested During Lake Elsinore 'Quality Of Life' Operations
The quality of life operations often target homeless encampments.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Two Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station "quality of life" operations conducted this month netted 15 arrests, but most of the arrestees were nabbed on suspicion of misdemeanor crimes and subsequently released from custody.
The arrestees — seven women and eight men — were part of crackdowns that took place Nov. 2 at Lowe’s, 29335 Central Avenue, and Home Depot, 18282 Collier Avenue, as well as a Nov. 10 operation conducted at various spots around Lake Elsinore.

During the Nov. 2 crackdown, Lowe’s and Home Depot loss prevention officers were part of the effort, the sheriff's department reported. Jail records show that of the nine arrests made, three people were taken into custody on suspicion of felony crimes, including:
Michael Rodriguez, 35, of Riverside was booked into Southwest Detention Center and remained jailed Friday on suspicion of felony conspiracy and misdemeanor drug charges.

Dustin Dalessio, 34, of Corona was booked into the same jail and was being held without bail. His alleged crimes include violating parole, a felony.
Raylynn McCloud, 31, of Riverside was booked into Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility on suspicion of felony conspiracy and misdemeanor drug and shoplifting charges.
Four people arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor crimes during the Nov. 2 crackdown were released, while jail records were unavailable for two arrestees.
During the Nov. 10 crackdown, one of the six people remained in custody Friday, according to jail records.
Earle Thomas Mousaw, 48, of Lake Elsinore was being held at Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of felony second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor drug charge.
