16-Year-Old Boy Disappears In Norco, Public's Help Sought

NORCO, CA — The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help to locate a teen boy who disappeared Monday.
Promise McCombs, 16, was last seen in the 2000 block of 3rd Street in Norco. He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 102 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to a sheriff's department message issued Tuesday.
Promise wears braces and was last seen dressed in black pants, a black sweatshirt and black Jordan shoes, the law enforcement agency said.
