163 New Homes In Lake Elsinore: Grand Opening Scheduled

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Construction of 163 homes at the corner of Grand Avenue and Riverside Drive in Lake Elsinore is well underway, and now the builder has announced a grand opening that is slated for May.

The Westlake development consists of single-family detached homes in a gated community with prices starting in the "very low" $300,000s, according to builder Pardee Homes.

Three Westlake floor plans are offered, featuring three to five bedrooms, two and one-half to three baths and approximately 1,794 to 2,288 square feet, according to Pardee. The three plans will feature either Spanish Colonial, Santa Barbara or Craftsman architectural styling.

Pardee plans to include green space, a resident-exclusive pool, tot lot and neighborhood BBQ area.
