RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Road work will force the temporary closure of the 215 Freeway/Scott Road interchange in Menifee for 55 hours this weekend, the Press-Enterprise reported.

The closure is part of a $57.8 million construction project that aims to modernize the crossroads. This weekend's construction involves raising the roadway to line up with the new Scott Road bridge over the 215 Freeway, according to the Press-Enterprise.

Scott Road is set to close between Antelope and Haun roads, while Antelope Road will close between Scott and Garbani roads Friday evening, officials told the Press-Enterprise.
