LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Twenty-seven new detached single-family homes are targeted for the eastern edge of Lake Elsinore, and this week City Council is expected to go along with a previously approved planning application for the project.

The Rosetta View Estates planning application proposes the new residences on approximately 10 acres northeast of Rosetta Canyon Drive, south of Sharon Street and east of Trellis Lane (see map above). The planning application was approved June 21 with a 4-0 vote by the Lake Elsinore Planning Commission.

The City Council is expected to receive and file the Planning Commission's determination during Tuesday's regularly scheduled council meeting. However, council members could, by majority vote, reconsider the Planning Commission’s decision.
