6 Displaced By Lake Elsinore House Fire

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Four adults and two children were displaced by a residential fire in Lake Elsinore Sunday evening, authorities said.

The fire was reported at 7:48 p.m. in the 1300 block of Lakeshore Drive, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the residence and knocked down the fire at 8:23 p.m.

No injuries were reported.

The American Red Cross was requested to assist the six displaced residents.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
