91 Freeway Injury Crash Stalls Midday Traffic Through Corona
A two-vehicle collision near Green River Road led to a blockage of the #1 and High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes, officials say.
CORONA, CA — Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a multi-car crash on the 91 Freeway near Green River Road Monday midday, the California Highway Patrol dispatch reported.
Just before 11:45 a.m., a crash between a silver Hyundai Santa Fe and a red pickup truck was reported in the fast lane and left the HOV lane blocked, officials said.
Both Corona Fire Department medics and the California Highway Patrol were called to the scene.

As of 12:15 p.m., the eastbound 91 freeway traffic was blocked from the Maple / W. Sixth Street exit to Green River Road.
No other information about the crash or the extent of injuries was immediately available.
