A LIE BY OMISSION IS STILL A LIE

After having my rear-end handed to me at the last council meeting I have no choice but to use their own words to redeem myself. Currently the Community of Wildomar has no Community Facilities Districts (Mello Roos). No CFD therefore no bonds. BUT, with the passage of the Resolution accepting the Development Agreement No. 13-0033 for TM 32535 Page 152 of 281 City of Wildomar City Council Agenda Packet dated  09-11-2013
5.2 Approval of CFD Agreement. Upon Developer’s request, City agrees to enter into a joint community facilities agreement with the Lake Elsinore Unified School District in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit ”E” (the “CFD Agreement”). The CFD Agreement provides for the financing of public facilities through a CFD established by Lake Elsinore Unified School District encumbering the Property in satisfaction of DIFs applicable to the Development of the Property.

(c) Management and Service Contracts. Property Owner expects that Bonds will not be issued prior to July 1, 2014. City reasonably expects to expend the Bond Proceeds on all or any portion of the costs of the City Facilities as identified in Exhibit ”B,” attached hereto, which list may be amended by City from time to time without approval.
Included in this future CFD currently are LEUSD, The City of Wildomar, and EVMWD.
