Exercise – The AHA recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week as the goal.
Believe me; I know it’s not always easy to follow this. I have to admit, I eat healthy 90% of the time, but I do have a cookie addiction and I’m still working on getting a full 30 minutes of exercise each day.
