MENIFEE, CA — The City of Menifee annual summer "Movies In The Park" events have returned, featuring movies and family-oriented activities, city officials announced.
The Movies in the Park series will begin May 29 at Banner Village Park with the presentation of "Cars," which will include a classic car display presented by Sun City Cruizers, officials announced on May 21.
On July 31, the movie "Sandlot" will be presented at La Ladera Park and will include on-site dog adoptions and microchipping vouchers presented by Animal Friends of the Valley.
Movies in the Park is part of the city's annual "Park After Dark" series of community events.
Attendees were encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, picnic dinner and/or snacks.
