JURUPA VALLEY, CA — A driver lost control of his Cadillac sedan on a Jurupa Valley street Monday, overturning in the front yard of a house.
Shortly before 10:30 a.m., emergency responders were called to the scene at Van Buren Boulevard, just north of Limonite Avenue, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
There, a Cadillac flipped over while traveling at an unknown speed, rolling onto the residential property.
Initial reports say that the motorist, whose identity was not disclosed, was trapped in the sedan and that the Cadillac had burst into flame. However, upon arrival, several engine crews confirmed there were no flames and that the driver had self-extricated.
No one at the location was injured. No major property damage was reported.
Firefighters cleared the scene shortly before 11 a.m., after which sheriff's deputies took over the investigation.
