WILDOMAR, CA — In an effort to reduce the number of shelter pets at Wildomar's Animal Friends of the Valleys, the agency is offering reduced adoption fees through July 25.
The "Empty the Shelters" campaign in partnership with the Bissell Pet Foundation means that most AFV pets are available with a $25 adoption fee, though spay and neuter costs could apply.
