LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The City of Lake Elsinore has invited residents to an emergency preparedness workshop it has organized for Sept. 19 to help them stay ready, officials announced on Monday.
The one-day event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lowe's located at 29335 Central Avenue in Lake Elsinore.
The workshop will include expert tips from emergency first responders, live demonstrations, and a hands-on look at how life-saving tools and gear are used in emergencies.
"Whether you're starting your plan or leveling up your skills, this free event will help you protect what matters most," the city said.
