LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Retired NASCAR driver Boris Said has revealed details about his proposed multi-million-dollar private motorsport country club in Lake Elsinore that would feature a world-class race circuit, luxury garage condominiums, a pool, gym, clubhouse, and more.

The 300-acre development, dubbed the Elsinore Ring, would feature a 3.2-mile, 22-turn track, capable of hosting professional events such as IndyCar and NASCAR races, according to video released by Said. The project is eyed for property near the lake, adjacent to Lake Elsinore Raceway.

The project would include 275 luxury garage condominiums across six large structures, each unit offering a 1,300-square-foot ground-floor garage designed to hold six to eight vehicles, topped by a 1,300-square-foot living space. Select top-tier penthouses would feature rooftop helipads, while the central clubhouse would offer a glass-bottom swimming pool overlooking the track, a spa, a gym, and a restaurant.

Annual membership to the private club would not be cheap, costing roughly $300,000, according to media reports.

Plans call for the venue to open to the public up to 100 days a year for community events, weddings, and holiday celebrations, with an additional 30 acres set aside for future commercial development.

According to public records, the Lake Elsinore Planning Commission and Lake Elsinore City Council have yet to review and approve plans for Elsinore Ring, which would also be subject to environmental scrutiny. Patch has reached out to the city for comment.

Regardless, Said believes construction could begin as early as October 2027, with an estimated opening in 2030.
