Sweeping Operation Prompts Lane Closures On 15 Freeway In Lake Elsinore On Monday: Caltrans

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The California Department of Transportation will conduct routine sweeping operations along the 15 Freeway between Lake Elsinore and Eastvale requiring lane closures starting Monday, the agency said.

Corona maintenance crews will work from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday on the northbound and southbound 15 Freeway, focusing on right shoulders and the center median between Nichols Road and Philadelphia Avenue, according to Caltrans.

The work will require alternating closures at various locations along the route.

Motorists wee advised to watch for signs warning of upcoming maintenance and reduce their speed when approaching and traveling through work zones.
