Received a copy of the pdf from the gracious host of Wildomar Rap, Mr. Joseph Morabito and it is now on http://www.wildomarconnected.com/ as well. Click on link and it will open the file, sorry about it not opening on another page but not quite smart enough to figure it out so you have to hit back to return to the website.
See it at http://wildomarrap.blogspot.com/ because it ain't on the City of Wildomar website. Being a recent enrollee to the cities "Stay Connected" e-mail alert haven't seen hide nor hair of this release.
