LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A new cannabis operation is expected to move into Lake Elsinore. On Jan. 28, the Lake Elsinore City Council signed off on a development agreement that paves the way for Roots 2 Harvest to open at 29370 Hunco Way.
The project applicant, Ted Kingston, still has to meet additional city and state requirements before opening, but according to city documents the plan is to build a dispensary, cultivation and manufacturing operation in the approximately 12,411-square-foot industrial facility.
The public had a chance to weigh in on the matter during two public hearings held in December.
