Update #1
As of Friday afternoon after having stopped by the produce store in Wildomar I swung by the recently opened wound to see the equipment still sitting exactly where it was observed a week earlier. Funny to see so much water flowing when it hasn't rained in weeks, I guess people have a lot of money to throw away on such a precious resource.
I guess beauty is really in the eye of the beholder, all I see is a scar on the community courtesy of RCFC&WCD
