When We Dare To Dream: YES On Z
The question today isn't about just today. The real question we have to ask is, do we want parks in Wildomar? Do we start the dream and allow it to grow?

When we vote YES on Z we decide that, yes, Wildomar will be a city that has parks. By voting YES on Z the community has options. Each of our neighboring cities started with a small amount of parks and over 20 years have expanded their parks to include community centers, tennis courts and much, much more.
In a recent local blog a writer is astounded that a community would dare to dream of being a better place. Don’t try to comment on her opinion because she doesn’t want to hear it. Her opinion is the only opinion that matters.
As we get closer to the final vote I’m finding certain people will say pretty much anything to promote their view on this issue. Mostly this includes contradicting information, trying to re-focus the issue to something else or just create fear in the community. Here are some simple facts about what we get by voting YES on Z:

First off, the three parks we already have in Wildomar will be rejuvenated and reopened. Secondly, we get options and possibilities. By having a funding source to support our parks we can file for grants and endowments to expand our parks. As the city grows over time we can build new parks, and the community has a voice in their parks.
By voting Yes on Z we help the community, both now and in the future. It’s our responsibility to provide a starting line for our children, so when they have kids they can build on what we’ve created. The dream has to start somewhere.

Without a funding source we will lose our last remaining park and without a funding source we will not qualify for grants or endowments. No one will invest in our parks if we don’t.
The question today isn’t about other places. The question today isn’t about just today. The real question we have to ask is, do we want parks in our community or do we want to become “The city without any city parks?” For about $2 a month, the only real question is does Wildomar want parks?
