Brush Fire Scorches 3 Acres In Menifee: Cal Fire

MENIFEE, CA — Fire crews were battling a brush fire that charred three acres Thursday afternoon in Menifee, fire officials said.

The blaze was reported around 3:45 p.m. near Pacific Bluff and Brentworth streets, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

Firefighters were on scene as the fire burned light brush and moved at a moderate speed, fire officials said.

Additional air and ground crews were responding to the blaze.

No injuries or evacuations were reported.
