Fireworks Launch from Skippers Island
From Canyon Lake Property Owners Association:
"The Canyon Lake POA is proud to have the opportunity to celebrate America with our traditional spectacular fireworks show on July 4th. Leading up to the show, DJ Mike Shroyer will be playing music from the Lodge pool deck starting at 8 p.m. The pool will close at 7 p.m., and the national anthem will be performed prior to the firework show. Fireworks are launched from Skipper's Island and start at 9 p.m. Tune into 99.9 FM to hear music synchronized to the fireworks show! The best viewing locations are Happy Camp (no sites available, all sites reserved during the lottery), Holiday Harbor, Sunset Beach, Main Causeway, and on the lake.
"The Canyon Lake POA and the City of Canyon Lake ask that everyone cooperate with those in authority to help ensure a safe holiday. The personal safety and enjoyment of all residents and guests is a top priority, and strict enforcement of the law will be applied throughout the weekend. Please note that all Canyon Lake POA violations will result in fines, which are doubled during holiday weekends. More event details will be provided in the next few weeks."
