The work will be performed on the intersection at Newport Road and Patton Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 3. In addition, the restriping work at the Scott Road and Washington Street intersection will be completed on Thursday, Aug. 6, according to Caltrans. Drivers were reminded to proceed cautiously through the work zone and follow indicated signage for the safety of crews and other drivers.
